Upon cancellation, we automatically refund at least 80% of the trip cost…for any reason. On top of an SGD 20 monthly fee, a comparably small 12.8% (inclusive of taxes) is charged per trip cost.

However, TruFlex is on average half the cost of buying flexible fares and, since you get real money back, you have the total freedom to rebook any route or travel provider you want.
TruFlex can be used by anyone. TruFlex is designed for those who want to reduce the impact of plans changing but do not regularly change their plans. Clients who love TruFlex most are from the services industry where their schedule can often be dictated by outside influences.
Travel Managers, the administrator role, can switch TruFlex on and off within the AppStore, as well as customise how fees and refunds are paid.
In most cases, your money is available to spend on our platform instantly. For those requiring a full refund to their card, it can take 3-5 days depending on the payment method.
Cancel with one click from the ‘My Trips’ dashboard. You can also contact the support team who would be happy to process this for you. Upon cancellation, your refund is automatically paid – there are no additional forms! We cover any cancellation as long as it is done 24 hours or more before your trip.
