• Foreign travellers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival.

For Belgium, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe:
• Travellers who in the past 21 days have been in these countries must have negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 24 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Cayman Isl.; and are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.

You must obtain advance arrival permission to board your plane.

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 1 days of your arrival.
