Entry / Exit Key Updates

• Indonesia remains relatively closed to those who are not citizens or residents. Entry exemptions may also apply to travellers with a Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP), APEC Business Travel Card, or traveling under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA).
• All exempted travellers are required to be fully vaccinated and present their vaccination certificate.
• Domestic travellers must be fully vaccinated and test negative for Covid-19
• Indonesia to reopen Bali for foreign tourists this October
• International travel restrictions are expected to be in place for the foreseeable future, although vaccination efforts have begun. As of 9 October , 21% of Indonesia’s population have been fully vaccinated, and 37% have received at least one dose.

• Singapore: This route is generally closed with the suspension of the Reciprocal Green Lanes (RGL) agreements other than for Indonesian Citizens or Residents, travellers with a Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP), APEC Business Travel Card, or traveling under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA).
• Malaysia: This route is generally closed for travel other than for Indonesian Citizens or Residents, travellers with a Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP), APEC Business Travel Card
• Philippines: This route is generally closed for travel other than for Indonesian Citizens or Residents, travellers with a Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP), APEC Business Travel Card, or traveling under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA). 

Major Global Updates 

• The United Kingdom removes 47 countries and territories from their red list and allows fully vaccinated travellers from green list countries.
• Australia to reopen borders in November
• India ending its travel ban on foreign tourists this October
• A total of 6.5 billion vaccine doses have been administered globally with 2.7 billion people fully vaccinated. This translates to 35% of the global population
