Navigating the complexities of international business just got a whole lot easier! We’re thrilled to unveil our newest feature that lets you handle multiple currencies across your company’s global operations with ease.

Who’s this for?

Companies with global business travellers often need to process bookings in a currency different from the default one used at their headquarters. This feature is especially beneficial for companies that operate multiple business units in different countries, each using distinct currencies.

By enabling these units to manage their profit and loss statements in their local currencies, our feature greatly enhances financial accuracy and control.

How it works

Setting up invoice profiles:

Companies with different billing currencies can create or update invoice profiles to bill each unit in its currency.

Please note that upon creating or updating an invoice profile, all assigned users and groups will be charged in the new billing currency.

Reporting and reconciliation:

All bookings and transaction reports, CSV files and all payments will be displayed in the corresponding currency, like so:
