Tempahan Penerbangan

1) while you are booking with us..

Within your booking flow, you will be presented with the option for baggage selection as well as seat selection. The price of your selection will be displayed and included when you check out.

In addition to that, we have a feature that allows you to submit any special request (i.e meal preference, special arrangements and handicap requirements) in free-text form on your check out page. This requests flows directly to the customer service team who will then exhaust all available avenues have this request available for you.

2) after booking..

In case you would like to add amenities or additional requests to your flight bookings after you have done your booking, we will be able to assist you as well.

Hotel Bookings

1) while you are booking with us..

Within your booking flow, you will have the option to include any special requests for your hotel booking.

You may include any preference within this field in order for our customer service agent to attempt obtaining it on your behalf (i.e. Early/Late Check-In, Room Floor Preference, Single/Double/Twin Bed Preference, etc.)

2) after booking..

In case you would like to add amenities or additional requests to your hotel bookings after you have done your booking, we will be able to assist you as well.

Important Note: All amenities and special requests are subject to availability as well as the terms and conditions of the service provider (airlines & hotel). While our customer service agent will attempt to fulfill these requests, we will also provide alternatives in case your specified amenity or special request is not available.
