Recognizing your platform needs, we’ve heeded your feedback in this update, incorporating both minor and major client-requested changes. Let’s dive in.

Assign users & groups to different invoice profiles for multi-entity-billing

We had quite a few requests for this; invoice profiles can now be assigned to people and groups so companies can split their legal billing entities. 

This is particularly useful for:

  • Companies that have multiple entities and their bookings need to be invoiced to the right office. Now you can group staff in the Singapore Office & staff in the Amsterdam Office
  • Multi-currency payments in one account (future feature).

How it works:

  1. Admins can go to their Invoice Profile page
  2. They can create a second invoice profile and select the users and groups that should use this profile from now on

That’s it. Now all new bookings made by reassigned users will be based on the second invoice profile.

You can now add users to your company without inviting them

Preferably companies need the possibility to add users to their accounts, without having to send an email invitation so that,

  • Managers can prepare the company set-up (organise groups, payment methods, policies etc.) before getting started.
  • Travel managers can book trips for “managed travellers.” These are individuals who don’t have or need access to the booking platform since the travel managers handle all aspects of their travel arrangements on their behalf.

From now on, admins can go to the company settings page → Add new users → uncheck “Send invitation email” to create a user without sending an invite.

Once they have been created, the users will show up in the user list as “not invited” and they can be invited after if needed.

We made it possible to view flights and hotel results that are out of policy

In the past, any flight or hotel results out of policy were hidden which could cause some confusion. We added a simple toggle for all users to make the out-of-policy results available too.

If you come across a flight that’s outside of policy but still want to book it, just send a message to our support team. They will guide you through the process, including obtaining approval from your respective manager.
