How is my subscription paid?

Your subscription is paid via the payment method assigned to subscriptions. Please go to Manage > Subscription Management and scroll down to Billing details. You can change this method at any time.

How do I start using TruTrip?

You can start by creating a company account at https://app.trutrip.co/create-account. If you are the first person to create an account with TruTrip for your company, you will have super admin access to your company account.

You will receive a confirmation email to set up your password once you fill-up the signup form on TruTrip.

You can start using the TruTrip platform once you sign up and upgrade to our premium features for better customisation and accessibility.
