Product update: Faster approvals, smarter search & improved trip management

The year has been off to an amazing start! True to our mission, we’ve rolled out several key platform updates for both travellers and managers. Here’s what we launched over the last few weeks:

1. Smarter flight search results

Aimed to help travellers compare flights and book faster with a more concise layout that displays all key flight information making it easier to compare and select the best flight options. Experience it firsthand di sini.

2. Faster approvals with our new approval settings page

You asked, we listened. As many bookings are approved with minimal review we now have the option to immediately approve from the overview page. The new feature can be enabled from the approval settings page.

Free for everyone to use now, in the future, only standard plan users will be able to. Learn more here.

3. Clearer display of change & refund fees

We’ve improved transparency around change and refund fees, helping users better understand how charges are split between airlines, TruTrip, and vendors.

Fully refundable or changeable bookings will indicate any applicable fees. More transparent breakdowns between airline, TruTrip, and vendor fees.

Other improvements:

• Bulk user and label management (CSV): For those regularly managing large teams and labels. We made it a lot easier to make changes. All you need to do is share a CSV file with the changes you need for your users or labels and the TruTrip can immediately process them in the back-end. Reach out to support to get started.
• Search history: When searching for flights or hotels, your last three searches will now be saved below the search form for quick access.
• Summary invoices: All customers that have invoicing as a payment method now receive new periodic summarised invoices via email. The summary invoices should help by providing a breakdown of all bookings in a given billing period. Learn more di sini.
