Bagaimana cara saya melakukan perubahan atau membatalkan pemesanan saya?
Whenever you have made a booking, you can still request to make any changes or even cancel your flight/hotel booking. Do keep in mind that you are subjected to the terms and conditions of the fare selected with the service provider (airline or hotel establishment).
Requesting to change a previously made booking
1. Log in to the web app and go to the Trips page
2. Select the booking that you want to adjust and click “modify booking”, you’ll be guided to the booking modification page
3. If you booked a flight you can request to add/remove travellers, request different flight times, or make any special requests. For hotels you can request to change guests, add/remove rooms or make special requests for your room.
4. Don’t forget to submit your request when you’re done.
That’s it! When you’ve submitted your request, a message will go to the TruTrip support team who will reach out to you about the possibilities for the requested changes, as well as any required additional costs.
Cancelling a booking
If you decide to cancel a booking altogether, yo ucan do this by hitting the cancel button from the trips page.
Any cancellation requests will be reviewed by our TruTrip support team as well. Any refunds are subject to the terms & conditions of your booking. You can find these in your booking confirmation email.
