More hotel results and even better room rates

We’ve added Nuitée as a brand-new source for hotel rates. Nuitée gives us access to a total of 1.35 million property options, including 346 global chains and 68 hotel brands from 200+ aggregator sources. 

In short, this means that we have a much wider variety of choices and better room rates available.

In addition, their dedicated team help us to confirm bookings with hotels 72 hours before check-in, so together with our travel support you should be travelling a lot more smoothly soon.

Request a custom trip with the new Trip Planner

We’ve simplified the concierge page quite a bit, so bookers can now request a flight, hotel or a more complicated trip with our Trip Planner!

How it works:

Langkah 1: Open up the Trip Planner form from the concierge page Tell us where you want to go, preferred travel dates and if you need full-service travel planning, or just a flight & hotel.

Langkah 2: Share any required travel preferences

Langkah 3: Let us know if you have any accommodation requirements or a specific hotel in mind.

Submit your request and that’s it! Our travel support team will reach out to you within a few hours with some more information. Any fare, cost or additional fee will always be requested for your (or your manager’s) approval.

Smaller but important upgrades

We added Microsoft SSO as a login method
If you have a Microsoft email account, you can now connect for immediate access. No more passwords!

Hotel policies: set your policy per hotel star rating
You can now set the intended booking behaviour for all hotel star ratings (no approval, approval required, hidden from search). Great for more granular control of your accommodation bookings! More in this help article

Travel policies are now visible on the person’s profile
Whenever you view another traveller as a manager or admin you can now view the travel policy this traveller belongs to. Handy if you want to double-check what they are allowed to book!

Whenever you create a cost-based policy you can now specifically enter the exact amount for approval (instead of the slider bar we had before)

We made various improvements to the hotel room selection page

• Simplified the amenities overview and added a list with “all amenities”
• Add sorting to the reviews at the bottom of the page
• Simplified the map view by only displaying  relevant landmarks
