Product update: Start your trip well-prepared with auto-reminders

Almost half of 2023 has passed and we haven’t been sitting still. What a stark difference this year has been in comparison with the previous one, with more travels and our growing roster of clients, our platform has been bustling with activity. 

New and improved flight & hotel reminders

From now on you’ll receive automated emails a few days before your flight check-in opens, or your hotel arrival. The email will include a  lot more detailed information such as check-in instructions, flight/hotel details or how to reach out to the support team when needed.

Upgrades to our search flight search results

We made some drastic improvements to our flight search results’ accuracy. Without going into too many technical details – when you search for flights you get more and better results now.

In addition, we added the possibility to do an advanced search straight away. For those looking for specific airlines and departure times, you can pre-fill that for faster, specific results. 

New payment invoice format with summaries

You can download invoices on your trips page or directly from booking reports

In case you haven’t seen it yet, we made some BIG changes to our invoice design and structure by making it a lot more clear what has been paid, added on, or refunded. In addition, we added a payment summary on top of the invoice as well. So whenever you download an invoice you’ll have a quick breakdown of all costs for that booking

Other improvements

• If you are using a deposit account for payments, you can now hide your deposit account balance from your travellers (for those on a deposit account or credit line). Learn more 这里.

• Flights that are operated by different airlines are now clearly listed in search results
