How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You have 2 methods to confirm if your booking has gone through.
Method 1: Manage My Trip function within your booking portal
1) Within your booking portal, select the Trips Icon
2) This will bring up the Trips View that’s categorised as Upcoming, Past or Cancelled / Rejected which will list information of your Flight and Hotel Bookings
Method 2: Email Confirmation
1) Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an email with the confirmation directly from us
2) Please wait at least 30 minutes between completing your booking on your platform and receiving the email confirmation
3) If you do not receive the email confirmation, please contact us using the live chat function on the bottom right of your screen or call us at +65 3129 2139. You may even email us at email@example.com
