Can you enter?

Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Travellers must have an approval issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration; and must have a medical clearance from the Ministry of Health. Travellers must have spent the last 14 days in New Zealand prior to entry. Travellers must have confirmation of negative Covid-19 test result, 72 hours prior to arrival.

What to expect in Cook Islands?

📝 Before your trip

You must obtain advance arrival permission to board your plane.
You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 3 days of your arrival.

🛬 On Arrival

On Arrival you will be required to complete a test for Covid, with the cost borne by the traveller.
