Can you enter?

Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Business Travellers, Transit, the following travellers may also enter:
•Nationals of EEA state members and Switzerland may enter.
•Residents of and travellers with a long term visa issued by EEA state members and Switerland may transit if returning to their country of residence.
•Travellers arriving from coutnries listed in greenlanes may enter.

Other important information:
• Travellers with an EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU DCC) showing that passengers were fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 do not need to:
- Complete electronic "Passenger Locator Card (PLCe)" - unless traveling on a direct flight to Azores or Madeira
- Provide a negative Covid-19 test taken prior to arrival
- Take a COVID-19 RT-PCR upon arrival when on a direct flight to Azores or Madeira
- Quarantine for 14 days

•Travellers going to Azores must complete a "Health Form upon arrival at the Azores" and a "Draft statement for inter-island travel" upon arrival; or submit a "Questionnaire for Risk Assessment and Early Detection" before departure at https://mysafeazores.com/
•Travellers going to to Madeira must complete an epidemiological survey before departure at https://madeirasafe.com . This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival.
•Travellers arriving arriving from Brazil, India, Nepal or South Africa must register at https://travel.sef.pt before departure.

You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 3 days of your arrival.

🛬 On Arrival

On Arrival you will be required to complete a test for Covid, with the cost borne by the traveller. For more information: https://www.visitportugal.com/en/de/421175

😷 Quarantine details

General arrivals will be required to quarantine for up to 14days; Quarantine served at a home or at a dedicated facility (cost borne to traveller) (special arrangement may apply due to GreenLanes).
