Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Business Travellers, Transit, Travellers are subject to self-isolation for 10 days from the country listed on https://tinyurl.com/BY-Country-List

Effective 21 December 2020, passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 3 days before arrival. The certificate must be in Belarusian, English or Russian
