Can you enter?

Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Flights to Damascus (DAM) restarted. Travellers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued at most 96 hours before departure from the first embarkation point and are required to complete "Passenger Locator Form" upon arrival. Travellers could be subject to self-isolation or quarantine

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 4 days of your arrival.
