Travellers with a visa issued by Japan outside Japan. The date of issue must be later than the date when the country of issue was designated by Japan as an area subject to landing denial (details can be found at http://www.moj.go.jp/isa/content/001347332.pdf )
Travellers with an Olympic Identity and Accreditation Card (OIAC) or Paralympic Identity and Accreditation Card (PIAC) (including cards in Pre-Valid Card (PVC) format). They must also have a Written Pledge
Travellers with an Invitation Letter issued by Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee and a "Prior Consent Form" to the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT)
Other important information:
Travellers transiting through Tokyo (NRT) must transit on the same calendar day.
Travellers must install the "MySOS" mobile app.
Travellers with an Olympic Identity and Accreditation Card (OIAC) or Paralympic Identity and Accreditation Card (PIAC) (including cards in Pre-Valid Card (PVC) format) must present a QR code from the app OCHA before departure and upon arrival

🛬 On Arrival
On Arrival you will be required to complete a test for Covid, with the cost borne by the traveller.
