You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.

Barbados
All travellers entering St Vincent and the Grenadines must complete a pre-arrival form, must have a negative PCR COVID-19 test result done within five (5) days of arrival and a quarantine hotel reservation made for 5 days.
Antigua and Barbuda
Travellers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result, issued 72 hours before arrival and a completed pre-arrival form upon arrival.
Cuba
Travellers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result, issued 72 hours before arrival and a completed pre-arrival form upon arrival.
Dominica
Travellers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result, issued 72 hours before arrival and a completed pre-arrival form upon arrival.
Grenada
Travellers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result, issued 72 hours before arrival and a completed pre-arrival form upon arrival.
