Authorities indicated that fully vaccinated travellers are no longer required to present a negative COVID-19 test for entry, as of 16 June. All unvaccinated travellers from Europe and the Americas are required to provide a negative PCR test result not older than 72 hours upon arrival, while for those from Asia, Africa or Oceania the test must not be older than 96 hours. Symptomatic foreign nationals will not be allowed entry, while symptomatic Nicaraguan nationals must quarantine.
