Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders),

Other important information:
• Travellers arriving from South Africa or the United Kingdom must have a proof of payment for the PCR test obtained at https://nitp.ncdc.gov.ng/onboarding/homepage . Passengers without a proof of payment must pay the test upon arrival.

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 3 days of your arrival.
