💉 Vaccine exemptions

Vaccinated travellers are exempt from all Covid-19 test(s) and quarantine requirement(s).

These exemptions only apply to:
Travellers with a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with WHO EUL COVID-19 vaccines.

📝 Forms

You must obtain advance arrival permission to board your plane. You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.

Details:
Travellers who are not fully vaccinated and not citizens, permanent residents and longterm pass holders must obtain entry approval before arrival to Singapore.

Travellers must submit a health declaration before arrival via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard) or via the mobile application.

🌡️ Testing requirements

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a Covid-19 test from an accepted establishment taken prior to your departure from the first embarkation point.
On Arrival you will be required to complete a test for Covid-19, the cost borne by the traveller

Details:
Travellers must have a negative Covid-19 PCR test or Antigen rapid test taken within 48 hours before departure. They are also subject to a PCR test upon arrival.

😷 Quarantine requirements

General arrivals will be required to quarantine for up to 7 days. Quarantine is to be served at a dedicated facility (costs borne by traveller)
