💉 Vaccine exemptions
Vaccinated travellers are exempt from pre-arrival Covid-19 test(s) requirement(s).
These exemptions only apply to:
Authorities announced on 12 June that all inbound travellers aged 18 and older as well as domestic travellers must present proof of three doses of COVID-19 vaccination, while those aged 12-17 must present proof of two doses. Unvaccinated travellers must present a negative PCR test result no older than 48 hours prior to departure. All arrivals may be subject to upon arrival testing; symptomatic travellers will be isolated.

You must obtain advance arrival permission to board your plane. You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a Covid-19 test from an accepted establishment taken prior to your departure from the first embarkation point.
On Arrival you may be required to complete a test for Covid-19 and/or some form of medical screening,

😷 Quarantine requirements
General arrivals will be required to quarantine for up to 14 days. Quarantine is to be served at a dedicated facility (costs borne by traveller)

Details:
• Entry for travellers who in the past 14 days they have been to or transited through these countries is limited to nationals and residents of Peru. They must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival; and
- a negative COVID-19 NAAT test result issued at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. Tests accepted are: CRISPR, HDA, LAMP, LampORE, MPOCT, NAAT, NEAR, NGS, PCR, RTLamp, RT-PCR, RealTimeRTPCR, SDA, TMA, TRC, WGS, Orf1abgenedetection, Egenedetection, Ngenedetection, Rdrpgenedetection and Sgenedetection.
