Travel is not restricted by traveller type (e.g., PR, Citizen, Resident).
💉 Vaccine exemptions
Vaccinated travellers are exempt from all Covid-19 test(s) and quarantine requirement(s).
These exemptions only apply to:
Travellers with a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival.

You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.
Details:
Travellers must install 'MySejahtera app' in their phone and complete the health declaration at least one day before departure.
Unvaccinated travellers going to Sarawak must complete an "enterSarawak" form.

🌡️ Testing requirements
You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a Covid-19 test from an accepted establishment taken prior to your departure from the first embarkation point.
On Arrival you will be required to complete a test for Covid-19, the cost borne by the traveller
Details:
Travellers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 2 days before departure from the first embarkation point. Unvaccinated travellers must take a professionally administered rapid antigen ntigen test within 24 hours of arrival.
😷 Quarantine requirements
General arrivals will be required to quarantine for up to 5 days. Quarantine is to be served at a dedicated facility (costs borne by traveller)
Details:
Travellers are subject to medical screening and quarantine for 10 days at the first point of entry at their own expense. Travellers may opt for home quarantine by appling through the link below if they qualify.
