What to expect in North Macedonia?

💉 Vaccine exemptions

Vaccinated travellers may enter and are exempt from quarantine requirement(s).

These exemptions only apply to:
Travellers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V;
- Travellers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate showing that they recovered from COVID-19 at most 45 days before departure;

🌡️ Testing requirements

There are no pre-arrival test requirements at this time.
On Arrival you may be required to complete a test for Covid-19 and/or some form of medical screening,

Travellers 18 years and older must have negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival or a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival;

😷 Quarantine requirements

There are no quarantine requirements at this time.Quarantine served at a dedicated facility (costs borne by traveller)

Travellers without a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, recovery certificate, RT-PCR or rapid antigen test are subject to quarantine for 7 days at their own expense.
Reduced restrictions may apply to vaccinated travellers, please see Vaccine Exemptions for details

Other important information:
Travellers arriving from India are subject to self-isolation for 14 days.
Travellers without a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, recovery certificate, RT-PCR or rapid antigen test are subject to self-isolation for 7 days.
Travellers may transit if transiting for 5 hours or less
