Vaccinated travellers are exempt from pre-arrival Covid-19 test(s) requirement(s).

These exemptions only apply to:
Travellers going to Sulaymaniyah (ISU) or Erbil (EBL) with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated

🌑️ Testing requirements

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a Covid-19 test from an accepted establishment taken prior to your departure from the first embarkation point.
On Arrival you may be required to complete a test for Covid-19 and/or some form of medical screening, the cost borne by the traveller

Details:
Travellers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in Arabic or English.

The time you take your test will depend on where you’re travelling to.

😷 Quarantine requirements

General arrivals will be required to quarantine for up to 14 days. Quarantine served at a home or at a dedicated facility (cost borne to traveller)

Other important information:
β€’ Nationals of or foreign travellers arriving from or who have transited through India are not allowed to enter Iraq via Baghdad (BGW) or Najaf (NJF)
β€’ Nationals of Indonesia are not allowed to enter Iraq via Basra (BSR) or Najaf (NJF).
β€’ Travellers going to to Sulaymaniyah (ISU) or to Erbil (EBL) without a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before arrival or a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated
Travellers going to Erbil (EBL) could be subject to quarantine in a designated facility for 14 days.
