• Entry for travellers arriving from these countries is limited to:
- nationals and residents of Bulgaria, and their family members;
passengers younger than 12 years;
- students with a “D" visa issued by Bulgaria; or
- a document certifying admission to an education institution in Bulgaria; or
- merchant seamen
• Travellers arriving from these countries must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival.

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 3 days of your arrival.
Testing Details:
Travellers must have:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival.
