Covid Entry Check: Australia Travel Restrictions

Entry is restricted to Citizens and PRs, Spouse & Children of Citizens/PRs, Other Residents (pass holders), Transit, the following travellers may also enter:
• Nationals of New Zealand residing in Australia and their immediate family members
For countries listed in greenlanes:
• Nationals of these countries arriving directly from their country of nationality with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 7 days before departure.
• Travellers who have only been in New Zealand in the ast 14 days may enter.
Other important information:
• Travellers are not allowed to transit through Australia to New Zealand for more than 72 hours.
• Unvaccinated ravellers transiting through Australia for 8 to 72 hours to a third country are subject to quarantine until their next flight.
• Travellers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 7 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (Covishield), Covaxin, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (for ages 18-60 years only), and Sinovac.

You must obtain advance arrival permission to board your plane.
You are required to complete a pre-arrival form.

You will need a formal Medical Certificate presenting a negative PCR test from an accepted establishment.
Your Certificate must be within 3 days of your arrival.
Testing Details:
